Please note that when booking your Wedding Ceremony with us you will also need to contact the Registrar at Weybridge Registry Office on 0300 200 1002 to confirm their availability for your chosen date here at St James. Unfortunately, we are unable to organise this for you and cannot take responsibility for the failure of the Registrar not being booked. A separate payment will be payable to the Registrar upon booking with them.
Master of Ceremonies
We recommend a Master of Ceremonies to assist in the smooth running of your day to help with group photographs and to make any announcements. Should you prefer not to have a Master of Ceremonies why not nominate a family member or close friend.
We ask that your cake makers deliver your wedding cake to us on the morning of your wedding.
Our linen is plain white and is included in your hire, however these can come in a variety of colours if you would prefer, therefore please let us know if you would like something a little different.
Menus, Table Plan & Place Cards
We ask that you deliver your final table plan and place cards to us 3 days before your wedding.
Children may choose from a separate menu at £24.50. If you require a highchair or booster seat, please let us know at least 4 weeks before your wedding.
You are welcome to organise your own DJ or Band, however please let us know if you would like us to provide you with details for these or please visit our trusted supplier page.
Marquee or Tipi Hire

A room can be made available for the Bride to use throughout the wedding day if requested.
Personal Wedding Co-ordinator
Our Personal Wedding Co-ordinator will be available during your planning stages and will help create your magical wedding day while being on hand throughout the event.
Although St James cannot offer on-site accommodation, we can happily provide a list of hotels within a short distance of us.
St James has a disabled toilet facility on the ground floor. However where steps are located a ramp will be in place to ensure easy access, including a small ramp being available in the Chapel and outside patio area.
