I am a kind and nurturing teacher who helps each child develop a love of learning through play-based, spontaneous and structured activities. My experience accross year groups supports the early skills that form the foundation for future learning.

My practice is strongly inspired by the Montessori approach, and places children at the heart of everything we do. Childhood is the most important foundation for our shared future, and my classroom is a space of independence, creativity and love.

Working with children has changed my life; watching them grow and achieve their goals through the curriculum and through play makes me so happy. What I like most is seeing the children feeling free and curious each and every day.

I’ve been an intern at St James for 2 years and feel I’ve been truly welcomed into this calm and warm-hearted community. I’ve enjoyed helping with Forest School, reading with children, and particularly enjoy teaching children’s literature.
