Dear parents

Spring is almost upon us, the mornings are brighter but the days are still quite chilly, please ensure that your child brings a coat to school. This should be navy/black.

This half term is going to busy beginning next week with a Book look, a Sanskrit for parent’s taster session on Monday morning, a coffee morning for Nursery parents on Tuesday and World Book Day on Thursday. Miss Bökkerink is looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up as their favourite book character.

Please do see your class newsletters for PTI dates and for Shakespeare Festival information.

Our Easter service on 1 April is 09:15 at St Mary’s Kensington, please book your seat here . There will be refreshments in the courtyard/café at 08:15.

Have a lovely weekend

Mrs Wyatt

The Pause

At St James, we feel it is important to introduce our pupils to stillness and allow them to discover how to be inwardly free and deeply at ease within themselves. A short period at the beginning and end of every lesson is allocated to quietude in which pupils may meditate, contemplate or simply be still – according to their own spiritual inclinations.
