Cooking Workshop with Chef Bettina Campolucci Bordi

We were thrilled to welcome the renowned Bettina Campolucci Bordi from Bettina’s Kitchen into our school!

Chef Bettina is a celebrated expert in plant-based cooking and is the author of three critically acclaimed cookbooks: Happy Food, 7 Day Vegan Challenge, and Celebrate

Our pupils and staff were treated to a delicious lunch, expertly prepared by Chef Bettina, showcasing vibrant and flavourful recipes straight from her books. The dishes were not only tasty but also highlighted the creativity and accessibility of plant-based food. 

In the afternoon, our pupils eagerly participated in cookery workshops led by Chef Bettina, where they made nutritious and delicious energy balls. Throughout the session, Chef Bettina shared her passion for wholesome cooking and offered valuable insights into nutrition, inspiring our young chefs to embrace healthier and more compassionate food choices. To end the day, each pupil received a copy of Chef Bettina’s latest cookbook, Celebrate, empowering them to continue exploring plant-based cooking! 

It was a fantastic day filled with learning, fun, and inspiration. We feel incredibly privileged to have welcomed a chef who shares our school’s values and philosophy regarding food, nutrition, and compassion towards animals. We look forward to seeing how our pupils continue to grow their passion for healthy, ethical cooking!
