A former mathematics teacher at St James Senior Boys’ School, Peter left in 2009 and is now the Principal of Ficino School, our sister school in Auckland, New Zealand.
During their 3-week Renaissance tour of Europe, Peter and his students made a special request to visit St James Senior Boys’, and we were delighted to host them. The boys, currently in Years 6 and 7, had the opportunity to shadow our students in classes 8SM and 7CR, experiencing our morning lessons firsthand.
After enjoying lunch with us, they headed off for an afternoon exploring London. It was wonderful to connect with students from the other side of the world who share a similar ethos and philosophy to ours here in Ashford.
Kia ora, boys! We hope to see you again soon.
