St James Senior Boys’ School occupies a 32 acre site just 1 ½ miles south of Heathrow Airport.
We moved here in 2010 from Twickenham, drawn by the extensive grounds and spacious building, which was built in 1856 and has always been a school. Upon moving in the school was totally refurbished, with a new dining hall built. In recent years we have built an award-winning Design Technology workshop and opened the North Fields, providing two more rugby pitches, a cricket square and an athletics track in the summer. We continue to develop the site according to the needs of our pupils and teachers.
The school is located across the road from the train station and is on many public bus routes. We also run private school buses for our students.
The beauty of the site means it is often in demand for other events, including weddings, christenings, conferences and even as a film set. If you are interested in hosting an event at St James, please contact the Events Manager.
