GCSE

GCSE geography is a popular option for Year 10 pupils and we follow the OCR B course which covers eight themes: global hazards, changing climates, distinctive landscapes, sustaining ecosystems, urban futures, dynamic development, the UK in the 21st century and resource reliance. There is no longer any controlled assessment, however, students will go on a field trip where they will learn different geographical skills which will make up an element of the final exam.
