The content areas looked at are understanding work-life balance, creating opportunities and what does success look like to me, exploring career opportunities, growing throughout life and understanding learning pathways, managing a career & seeing the big picture.
Students access these topics through a range of activities such as PSHE lessons, assemblies, Talks from internal and external speakers and school trips. All these activities help prepare students for life beyond St James.
