This gives the younger students valuable insight as to how to thrive and adjust to new modes of study and schooling, as well as providing our Sixth Form with strong interpersonal skills, the chance to develop subject and knowledge and also to have some compelling material which will support their UCAS application. Additionally, those that embody the school’s values and wish to serve in a more formal manner have the chance to apply for a perfecting role.
Each position has a distinct focus, whether that be assisting new students make the transition to St James or the organisation of charity events.
All work for the benefit of the school community and serve as strong role models.
